The client owns a manufacturing business. The do not want to use or want mobile phone. They need to keep track of inventories and orders. One partner thinks it would be good to do it over the internet. The other one does not. The marketing department would also like to use the internet. The person in distribution would like customers to be able to order online and track shipments.. The client does check email, but he forgets to check it.

Contact your client in whatever way you think is appropriate given that client's quirks. After setting the stage for your communication, explain how your client might use a transaction processing system, a business support system, and a user productivity system. For each type of system, provide a specific example, and explain how the system might benefit the organization.
