Hi,The nature of my data in my thesis is clustering (students within college within universities) and students' responses is binary,so I have used Multilevel Generalized Linear Model> (logistic regression) in R with (glmer) function in (lme4) package. My question is what are the assumption ofmultilevel model binary data (withreference).Also, I want to assess the model that I have (checking the assumptions of model) in R to make sureis it suitable for data or not.
