The question is: Arrange these ions in order of increasing ionic radius, starting from the smallest first? N^3- , O^2-, Mg ^2+ , Na+ , F- I have been told the answer is the following: 1. N^3- (Nitrogen) 2. Mg^2 (Magnesium) 3. Na+ (Sodium) 4. F- (Fluorine) 5. 0^2- (Oxygen) However, I do not quite understand why. Could someone explain?
Calculate the molar solubility of AgBr in a 1.00 M aqueous solution of ammonia. Then calculate the solubility of AgBr in pure water, and compare the two solubilities. (Ksp for silver bromide is 7.7x10 -13 and Kf for Ag(NH3)2+ is 1.6x10^7)
