Question: According to USA Today, 32% of the public think that credit cards are safer than debit cards, while 19% believe that debit cards are safer than credit cards. If these results are based on two independent random samples, one of people who use primarily credit cards, and the other of people who use mostly debit cards, and the two samples are of size 100 each, test for equality of proportions using the 0.01 level of significance.
