You are the Marketing Manager for a new Holiday Resort located in Damai, Santubong. Sarawak. The resort has just been opened and is offering rooms for stays in with 200 rooms and 50 chalets with the concept Sarawak ethnic background.

The proposed segment that you choose to target is based on your evaluation of the four segmentation variables of your choice. Justify your choice for the market segment with support from reliable sources.
