Take a workplace environment with which you are some what familiar. This workplace has recently been experiencing tension between management and other workers over workplace inclusion and a general climate that is leaving many workers feeling uncomfortable. Certain managers have been using racist, sexist, and/or homophobic language that you and other workers find distressing, harmful, and inappropriate. You and several other workers (a team) have come together to make a plan to resolve this issue.
