Goal

It requires students to analyze the empirical findings found in the chosen journal article related to culture in IHRM. The analysis will involve comparison between intercultural management studies to provide an understanding on how culture and cross-culture context may affect IHRM. It will highlight the development of culture due to globalization in managing IHRM functions.
