How do I write a complaint letter on 2 individuals about misleading information. Firs, in the system arrangements were set up for two payments to cure the account. I was told if I called back would see that the arrangements are made as I am good. I took a chance today to call to verify that the arrangements were on my account. A second representative told me the first representative arrangements did not go throw, however, if I pay the first amount then pay the second amount plus 307.00 would be good. I did not feel comfortable so I asked 3 times if my car would still be repossessed. I was told as long as I was paying something would be good. I told her to check with someone. She returned stating I was probably good. I did not want to hear probably good as I have medically ill children that regularly goes to the doctor weekly. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Mr. Nike looked into the record observed I had made arrangements, however, were good faith payments did not secure my account. I asked if I could do the arrangement if I paid the first payment on today. He explained I could not as it would not cure my payment that is due. I explained I was told to pay $307.00 additional with the second payment by the second representative name Casey. I asked where did she even get that amount. Mr. Nike the supervisor said he does not know where she got the amount. I asked Mr. Mike to speak to the complaint unit. He stated he was making a complaint on both representative. I asked, please give me the address so I can write a complaint as well not trusting him as I could not trust the other two employees. How do I write a complaint that explains I have a medical situation, and given bad information would have cause me to lose my truck as I would not have been able to be current. Help write a complaint on bad information by two staff members, and not feeling sure of the supervisor's information. Need help writing a complaint on payment arrangements.
