Your friend Rodas sent you a message after work today, which read, "I don't know if I can do this anymore. I am feeling totally burnt out and hate going to work. Usually, Rodas is positive and enjoys life. Specifically, Rodas enjoys dancing, playing cricket, and spending lots of time with friends. However, you have noticed that he has not been contacting you lately and whenever you do talk, he seems to be in a negative mindset. Rodas also tells you that he is feeling extremely stressed. He is trying to prepare for an industry exam to obtain a professional designation, and at the same time, he has recently accepted a promotion that has left him completing the duties of two roles. He states that he has to pass the industry exam within the next four months, or he will have to start over. He keeps putting off the exam because he feels he does not have enough time to study. You are also aware that Rodas is responsible for taking care of his older brother who has recently become ill. Rodas says he does not know how to manage all of his duties and the stress they are causing him. He even said that he is unable to fall asleep at night due to these pressures.
