You have noticed that one of your subordinates is not in good shape. Recently he's been coming to work looking pale and tired. He's also started smoking and slips out several times a day for a cigarette. So far, whatever is bothering him has not noticeably affected the quality of his work, but you're concerned it will. You want to get him into your firm's EAP as soon as possible. How might you do so? How could you approach the situation in such a way as to make him receptive to accepting help?
