Submit the name of an upper management individual who has managed a change in his/her business.

In this context, when we talk about managing a change, it can be:

• a major change in the company's operations
• a major change in the company's electronic systems (software changes)
• The implementation of new standard operating procedures 
• The formulation of new KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that employees must meet
• a change due to restructuring, such as individuals (employees) losing their jobs or one company buying another company requiring significant restructuring.
• a change due to the implementation of new technology such as when a retailer inputs self-check at the points of purchase registers which requires training of employees and customers

These changes are handle by upper management, not by leads or line supervisors. Upper management is involved in the strategic planning of how to handle these issues.

Managing Change is an important skill and experience that is expected of management today. If one can relate the experience of managing an important company change on one's resume and in an interview, it typically will boost them closer to what I would call the "consideration set" of interviewees.
