Scenario & Task:

You are the manager of a customer service department. Your responsibility includes the induction of new employees for their job as customer service workers.

Based on what you have learned in this course, prepare a training manual on FOUR key customer service skills, concepts and practice you would want the new employees to understand and perform as they begin their new position to make them effective customer service workers. Explain why these concepts are important for the new employees.

In the manual, also include two of the networking opportunities you would like your employees to be involved in to attract customers to your organization.

Your manual should be 10 pages and include a cover page, a contents page, an introduction page and a page for each of your skills (6 pages) and networking opportunities (1 page). Include pictures, diagrams, and graphics where appropriate.
