Apart from the mouth-to-mouth marketing which the company has been using, it has a presence in other platforms such as Thumbtack, Yelp, Home Advisor, and Houzze. The problem, however, is that clients have to log in to these sites and choose a company or a service they need from many available service providers. This causes confusion mostly to the customers most of whom do not know the service and therefore end up getting the wrong professional.
