As a hiring manager, it is important to have strong critical thinking and communication skills in order to properly articulate the needs of the organization and in this case, a specific job position. In this assessment, create a job description and posting for a future employee.

Assume the role of a hiring manager in a hospital. The hospital recently partnered with two new MCO’s to provide care to more patients within the area. The HR staff needs to hire a new UR/CM to work with these new MCO’s in order to meet the expectations and adhere to policies.
