A balloon is filled with He gas at 23°C. The balloon expands until the pressure is equal to the barometric pressure of 755 torr. The balloon rises to an altitude of 7000 ft where the pressure is 580 torr and the temp is 3 °C. What is the change in the volume of the balloon as it ascends to 7000ft?
