The 1-H NMR spectrum of a compound of molecular formula C3H6Cl2 shows only two multiplets, a triplet at 3.72 ppm and a quintet at 2.23ppm. The high-field:low-field integration ration is 2:1. Deduce the structure of the organic hald and explain the NMR signals. I'm thinking it's 1,1-dichloropropane.
