A student weighed a piece of aluminum foil, rubber band, and a 250 ml flask and found it to be 107.520 grams. After a sample of unknown liquid is vaporized and condensed, the flask, aluminum foil and rubber band weighed 108.148 grams. When the same flask is filled to the top with tap water and poured into a 500 mL graduated cylinder, it measured a volume of 235 mL. The temperate of the water bath was 100 C and the atmospheric pressure was found to be 30.75 inches of mercury.
