TerraCog (GPS) is trying to introduce a new model called Aerial on the market but sales and production departments are at conflict about the final price Aerial will be sold for on the market. The designs and development team has determined that they have made all the cuts that they could to lower the reduction of cost to 7% or 8%, and needs the sales team to get Aerial to market to detour another fiasco ( Beer & Young 2008).

Problems:

1. TerraCog sales were dropping.

2. Getting Aerial to market quickly, but keeping same standard of product and cost efficient.

3. Development team and sales team blaming one another for delay in Aerials marketing date.
