What I need are relevant questions for a survey questionnaire that will be valid for testing each of 3 hypotheses. Include the variables tested.

1. More women than men will report having insomnia

2. Individuals are more likely to use over-the-counter (OTC) medication than prescription sleep medication when they have trouble getting to sleep.

3. Individuals are willing to change bedtime habits to get better sleep.
