Human resources are people who in the job company use their skills and abilities to help with the production of output. They have skills or knowledge that not just any one would have. So in the company or job market they make more money then others. A real life example of one of those jobs would be an aircraft mechanic. They go through extensive school and training. There are multiple tests and certifications they have to take and get to work on the planes. They have to know how to fix any problems with planes to get them to fly again safely. They make more money then any other hourly position because of their skills they have. Your reply should also be at least two paragraphs long, and describe why the Demand (curve) for the labor you are replying about is actually a "Derived Demand" (as this term is defined in Chapter 25) in the Resource Market.
