Case Study:

Dr. Smith has been practicing medicine for the past 40 years. Recently he has been having trouble with his writing. His wife has noticed a slight tremor to his right hand, his movements have greatly slowed down and he has been very quiet lately. This is very different from his usual cheerful self. After his brief assessment by a neurologist, occupational therapist and physiotherapist he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Six months following this diagnosis, Dr. Smith has bee having trouble eating, his mobility is impaired and he is showing signs of dementia and severe depression.
