The Program Assessment Rating Tool, ParkStat, and many other government performance measurement initiatives publish their performance data online. At the same time, proponents of some performance measurement systems like 311 and CompStat don't want their performance data widely distributed.

Colleges and universities are now required to publish statistics such as how well students meet their learning objectives and post-graduation employment rates.

Find an example of published performance data and discuss the ethical implications of its publication. IF THE EXAMPLE IS FROM THE UNITED STATES IS BETTER
