Self-Directed and High Performing Teams

Details: You are in a managers meeting. The company has been working on establishing self-directed, high-performing teams. Some of the managers are having some success while others are not. A discussion is going on as to what is making some successful and others not. This is a situation where those who are struggling need to learn from those who are doing well.

Discuss what could be going wrong. Offer some recommendations that might be helpful to those managers who are struggling. Use the Library and Internet to research this topic.
