The market is intensely competitive, and one of its competitors, is open to be a take-over target. The new Chief Executive has just received a board proposal, to expand the business across Europe, in view of this take-over opportunity. Such requires a review of all levels of management, operational processes and controls. These processes and systems are overseen using the Performance Management Information Systems (PMIS).
