You need to support your statements with a citation in the text and this should then be detailed correctly in the reference list. This should be in the Harvard style. Don't use websites as a source. Not proof-reading your work before submitting. There is no excuse for not submitting a page of text or the wrong draft. Check you are submitting the latest draft in full! Not covering all of the areas relevant to the topic.
