For this section of the training manual, you will outline your company's code of ethics. The goal is to familiarize your employees with the ethics policy, helping ensure they follow it. Refer to Chapter 15 of your textbook: https://online.vitalsource.com/reader/books/9781264071081/epubcfi/6/48[%3Bvnd.vst.idref%3Dchapter15]!/4

1. Provide a clear definition of ethics . 

2. Outline your company's code of ethics. The code must address ALL of the following categories:

  1. Accountability
  2. Use of company property/resources
  3. Conflicts of interest
  4. Lawful behavior
  5. Discrimination/Harassment
  6. Favors/gifts - to or from clients
  7. Whistleblowing/reporting violations

You must provide sentences explanation of your company's ethics rules for each category.
