American Dream homes Inc., is an L.L.C Real Estate Corporation domiciled in the state of New York. American Dreams Homes Inc. is currently divided amongst four general partners (Brokers). Each of the partners has brought with them fresh ideas and a diverse way of thinking of the traditional Real Estate Market. If we buy or broker or a sale of a house 2-5% of the sales revenue goes to the community itself i.e. Hospital, School or Park. Agents have the opportunity to be guided each day through a marketing plan to gain clients.

As a partner(broker) with a role of IT and digital marketing director bring a different perception of what the world wants and how they need it. Give your digital marketing and Information technology plan that makes you building loyal clients and earn maximum profits. The plan should also includes SWOT analysis and a bit of Porters five forces. A clear and motivated digital marketing plan from customer satisfaction perspective, more profits and loyal client building is in need. Different Information technology related techniques should be used for the publicity in order to bring the corporation at the top levels.

OVERVIEW OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
You are Broker for a New York based Real Estate L.L.C. called "American Dream Homes inc." Meanwhile you are working as an Information Technology and Digital Marketing Director for the corporation with a share-hold of 25% along with 3 other brokers (25% shareholder each brokerage). As a broker If you buy or broker or a sale of a house, 2-5% of the sales revenue goes to the community itself i.e. Hospital, School or Park. Agents have the opportunity to be guided each day through a marketing plan to gain clients.
