  1. Review the Values Affirmation List, and determine which ten values you consider to be the most important in your life. You can also choose values even if they are not on this list.
  2. Think for a bit about each of those ten values. Then narrow them down to the two or three values that are the most important to YOU.
  3. Write and post a brief narrative to the other students in your class about why these values are important to you and what difference they have made in your life. Give some examples of things you have done or choices you have made in your life based on these two or three values.
  4. When you post your introductory values statement, please include your preferred name (first name, nickname, etc) in the title of your post, as well as the two or three values that you have selected. Example - "Bianca- Trust, Optimism, Creativity".

Your initial post should be 150 to 250 words, and should be in full sentences, but in an informal, conversational tone (like an actual discussion in real life). You should not need to include any references or citations.
