1. Read the article titled "10 Principles of Change Management". In the article, the authors advocated for diagnosing an organization's culture (i.e., 8. Address culture explicitly), often considered the most difficult aspect to evaluate when diagnosing organizations.

Speculate on at least two (2) challenges that business leaders might face when diagnosing organizational culture during substantial business transition within a company. Propose key strategies to mitigate the challenges in question and support your response.

From the article, select one (1) principle that you mostly agree with and examine its fundamental strengths and weaknesses. Include one (1) example or scenario in which you could apply the chosen principle to support your response.

2. Please respond to the post (k)

From the article, select one (1) principle that you mostly agree with and examine its fundamental strengths and weaknesses. Include one (1) example or scenario in which you could apply the chosen principle to support your response.

All the principles plays a big role in the change management process; however, I most agree with "Prepare for the unexpected". During change management process, their may be flaws and something in the process that can lead to a show stopper. So, organization need to have plans A, B, C fall back to in order to achieve the goal.

Also, throughout the change process, the author stated that the stages should be evaluated and make adjustment as necessary. I do agree with this statement. Strenght from this principle is the continuous evaluation to make sure all details are covered and everyone is in synch to the plan.

The weakness may be the rate at which people respond to the level of needed effort. For example, as mentioned earlier, people that has been conducting business in a certain way for 30 years, now being told to change gear, may be reluctant to change and slow in their participation in the process. So the sense of purpose and pro--activeness by this principle in question may be defeated.
