We must deliver the very best quality to really stand out in the marketplace." Canada Bread reviews the marketing environmental factors on a regular basis.

As Andrew gathers his management team for another review, what can you add to the analysis of the situation? Dempster's History Dempster's has been baking great-tasting, fresh baked bread for more than 100 years. With 12 bakeries from British Columbia to Newfoundland, Dempster's bakes and delivers fresh bread to Canadians every day at mass market, club, grocery and drug stores across Canada.

In 1855, James Dempster was born in Glasgow, Scotland. Dempster's parents, both bakers, taught him the necessary skills of any baker, but he also brought an innate passion and an uncanny skill set to the business of making bread. In the 1870's the family immigrated to Canada and the family opened their first bakery, Ideal Bakery, in Toronto. A decade later, Dempster opened his first bakery which was later passed swot analysis.
