Locate and review a minimum of two job descriptions (can use an advertised position as long as jobdescription detail is provided) for the type of position you would like to have in the future. (Human Resources related) Separate the duties and responsibilities outlined in the job description/position available ad into thefollowing categories: Skills Knowledge Abilities Design a performance evaluation that includes the skills, knowledge and abilities listed above and evaluate your current performance in those areas. Submit a personal development plan outlining how you will learn and develop in those key areas over the next 1-3 years. Be as detailed as possible with your development plan and include goals associatedwith each step of your outline.Include a copy of the job descriptions/position available ads and any references used to complete thisproject.
