1. Respond for business plan presentation (Financial part: 5 years forecasting income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements)
2. Lead the team, set target to each team member and remind them to complete it(also arrange group meeting)
3. Integrate team members' work to one business plan
4. Proofread and rewrite the business plan after receiving other members' parts
5. Write parts like the future direction of our business, objectives, risk analysis, contingency plan, evaluation and financial
Q2 In what ways do you believe the quality of your plan could be improved? If the group was to tackle a similar task again, and you were given formal responsibility to lead the group, what would you do differently in terms of the process of developing the plan?(around 150 words)
1) Do it earlier(time management)
2) Have meeting more often to ensure everyone knows what they respond(we usually do not 3)talk face to face but chat on Facebook/ whatsapp→ cannot explain clearly )
4) Distribute better( for example see who is better in financial part and let him/she do all financial report; those with better English could be responsible for marketing analysis
