Scenario:

Team Conflict You work at First Access as a Support Worker. Two male casual Support Workers at First Access don't appear to get along very well and often step on each other's toes. One is Indigenous, named Ryan, and the other one is Muslim, named Haider, who has English as an additional language. It is sometimes hard to understand what Haider says when he gets overwhelmed. One day their issue escalated, and they started to yell at each other. Haider accused Ryan of being lazy and rude, and Ryan made comments about Haider leaving the clients to go and pray. Dianne, an Australian-born Support Worker, gets caught up with Ryan and Haider complaining all the time about each other and tries to get them to take sides. Their conflict impacts the staff and the clients who happen to be around when they start arguing. In this instance, their shouts could be heard in the office where the Supervisor was in a meeting with a client.
