o The relevant parts of the Privacy Act 1988
o Any issues arising from the use of new technologies described above
• Ethical requirements
• Sustainability requirements
• Potential business impacts for the hotel's owners: short, medium and long-term
• Summarise best practice in hotel marketing and management
• Discuss the marketing techniques specific to the hotel market
• Evaluate the potential of current and emerging marketing technologies for the hotel's marketing activities.
• Identify the relevant marketing issues relevant to the hotel
• Identify and analyse opportunities for the hotel based on the market analysis. In particular, creative marketing opportunities should be identified.
