The paper summarized the case of Gaia Healthcare Systems versus National Renal Alliance as a media story of breach of contract from Nashville Post.The case analysed that there was an agreement between the two firms that Gaia would supply software to National Renal Alliance. But in October 2008, Gaia filed a case against National Renal Alliance for unpaid fees for software licences. National Renal Alliance denied the charges and filed a counterclaim against Gaia for breach of contract.The case of breach of contract against Gaia was won by National Renal Alliance and the District Court of USA gave the orders to Gaia to pay $305,000 to National Renal Alliance.
