Learning outcome 1: Critical appreciation of techniques for analysing complex business issues and techniques for structuring solutions to complex issues.

This demonstrates a well-articulated focus on cybersecurity challenges at Bank Muscat in alignment with Oman Vision 2040. However, the choice of frameworks-SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, ISO 27001, and Systems Thinking-requires reassessment for depth and specificity.

While ISO 27001 and Systems Thinking are suitable, SWOT and Porter's Five Forces are too broad and lack direct applicability to cybersecurity challenges. More focused frameworks that could provide deeper insights into threat management and mitigation strategies should be applied instead. Additionally, the analysis needs greater integration of frameworks with the identified gaps to ensure actionable outcomes.

Task:
Critically evaluate and discuss the concepts and theories used in Section 1 of your report.
Justify your selection of these concepts by referencing relevant literature, highlighting debates and discussions surrounding these concepts.
Demonstrate a clear and logical connection between the concepts you employed and the issues identified in your chosen organization.
Provide a comprehensive critical review of the literature that justifies your selection of concepts.

Section 3 - Reflective Report (20%): (2000 words)

Background:

This reflective report provides you with an opportunity to assess your own capabilities in managing the process of applying knowledge to produce the project. It also allows you to reflect on your personal development as a practitioner and identify areas for future growth.

Task:

• Reflect on your experience in managing the project, including the challenges and successes encountered.
• Evaluate your capabilities in applying knowledge and skills gained during the development and production of the project.
• Reflect on your personal and professional development as a practitioner based on your experiences and learning during the project.
• Identify specific areas for future development and improvement.
