Your director has asked you to research a business problem and persuasive business pitch presentation.

You work in Toronto for a Canadian manufacturing company. Unfortunately, the budget is limited and it has been hard to recruit and retain good talent. Your director needs your help preparing a pitch proposal to the senior leadership team with a recommendation to improve employee retention in your plants and factories.
