Charles and Anna are employees of XYZ organic food company and their department frequently are required to work collaborately on projects for the company. Charlse has been employed by this organization for two years and Anna joined the company last year. Chrles works in marketing an Anna works in new project development. In the past, their collaboration effort have not been very successful,Charles say that Anna is very 'bossy' and does not listen. Anna says that charles is only intrested in his departments needs and does npt understand pr appreciate hers, Charles and Anna do not know anything about Emotional Intelligence.
