Several hundred students enrolled in introductory statistics courses at a large university were surveyed and asked to report the number of credits they were taking that semester. Use software to access the survey data and test whether or not the students constitute a sample from a population where the mean number of credits is more than 15:

a. Report the sample mean number of credits.

b. Report the P-value.

c. Choose one of the following as the best way to state conclusions:

1. There is strong evidence that the population mean number of credits is much higher than 15.
