Please write this like a magazine article. Forget about subtitles like 'introduction' and 'conclusion' etc. They are irrelevant. Make it cool - come up with an engaging title that links to your main argument - embed a picture or a few if you like - highlight powerful quotes or the most powerful things you write - just like a magazine article. Do not go overboard with images or the highlighting of specific quotes of short sentences - you are not writing a very long piece so use that type of stuff sparingly.
