Question

Need help with a Python3 program that reverses a text file in a few different ways. Your program should do each of the following, each in a different function:

Prompt for and read a file name from the user.

Read the file and output its contents on the screen with the characters reversed.

Read the file and output its contents on the screen with the words reversed.

Read the file and output its contents on the screen with the lines reversed.

All I/O must be done within with blocks.

Every function must have a docstring. At the top of your file, you must have a comment that briefly describes what the code does.
