Show more Lincoln, a 19-year-old college student, was performing snowboarding tricks at App Ski Mountain when he fractured his ankle. The fracture was so extensive that surgical repair was required. Following the surgery Lincoln became tachycardia, body temperature rose to 104ºF, and his muscles entered rigor. It was discovered that Lincoln has a rare genetic condition that causes the calcium channels of the SR to always remain open.
