A manager conducted a small survey of office employees to find out how many play the office pool that selects the winning teams during the NCAA basketball tournament. Of the 14 asked, 10 said that they do. If these data are a random sample of office employees around the country, do you think that more than half of office employees participate in such pools during March Madness? Explain your answer.
