Change is defined as improvement - alteration or change for the better. "Continual improvement is good business." Business managers and leaders constantly strive for success - success in performance and in the competitive market place. Businesses must be adaptable to the factors of change and must look for ways to continually and constantly improve.

The question I have for you in this last discussion is this: Are you ready to be a change agent? Are you ready to lead? Are you ready to adapt to the future and to look for continual improvement? Are you ready to be considered one of your company's most valuable assets?
