Case Study: As listed in the Syllabus, each student is responsible for constructing a PowerPoint presentation describing a certain condition of human health that related to nutrition. This assignment is worth 110 points maximum (100 points for ppt. and 10 points for responding to classmate's ppt.). I have randomly assigned each student with the title of condition that they should focus on their presentation (see table below). Students must use Microsoft PowerPoint program to construct the presentation (the instructor will not be able to open Apple Keynote or Google doc on the Blackboard to grade your presentation). Do NOT submit pdf file since it will not show the note on each slide.
Name your ppt. presentation with: Your presentation Title _First name_Last name
The rubric for the ppt. presentations is as follow:
The presentation should be designed, as if for a 15-minute oral presentation. This is equal to 15 - 20 ppt. slides. You have to use at least 2 current references of peer review journals, textbook (Blake), or acceptable scientific online weblink, such as Medscape, Pubmed, and Mayo Clinic. Please cite your references using APA Style Format.
You are required to provide speaker's notes or insert audio on each slide of your presentation. Do not overcrowd the slides with long sentences, just summary of bulletted points and put the explanation on the speaker's note part of the slide. Use a minimum of 20 points size font on the main slide
