Question: Provide a Support Vector Regression algorithm using CUDA and C++, the training process has to happen on the "Kernel"(mandatory).
The code should have two main functions to call, regressor.fit to train the algorithm, and regressor.predict to test new unseen data, regressor should be a CLASS.

E.g. of how to call the functions:
