Assessment Details: This assessment is designed to assess your technical skills in presenting methodology and results required to prepare a business plan. This is a group assignment and you required to work in the previously formed group and continue working on the selected project case.

In this assessment, students are expected to provide a complete business plan, including Executive Summary and are expected to comment on business feasibility and recommendations. Students will develop Competitive analysis, Market analysis, Marketing plan, Operations plan, Management summary, Attachments and milestones, and any relevant details. You are required to write a report about 2500 words for this part of assignment using business plan structure described.

For successful completion of this assessment, you should meet with your group regularly (at least once a week face to face or via Zoom meeting). You require to study the material provided (lecture slides, tutorials, and reading materials), engage in the unit's activities, and in the discussion forums. Groups expected to discuss their work with lecturer and to seek support.
