3.1 METHODOLOGY
Provide a comparative study of different methodologies and select a best methodology to Develop the product (if necessary). The reason for choosing a particular methodology must be Justified properly. Preferably show your methodology in a Flow Chart form as well.
3.2 Project plan
Project plan section must include various activity plans, which support in the overall guidance of the project [Communication plan, acceptance plan, resource plan, risk management plan]
