You will draft a contract. You may use online resources to help you draft the contract and this discussion will you understand the risks of drafting your own contract. Courts will interpret legal terms used in a contract according to the definition given them, now how you intend them. Plain English (meaning, no fancy legal terms) is much better than drafting a contract using legal terms that look "legal" but which you do not understand. For this assignment, you will discuss all legal elements required in a legally enforceable contract and you will draft a simple contract that can be easily understood by a high school student.
