Create an employee Personal Improvement Plan based on the following scenario. Be sure to describe your approach and the steps you will take to hold the employee accountable.
"Joe is an employee that has been with your company for 11 years. He's the veteran of the work group and he has a real attitude. Whenever any new initiatives are shared, he closes off and mutters.
